Healthy and ultra easy banana pancakes (no sugar, no fat)


This recipe is simply the BEST pancake recipe I made (healthy or not). They are perfectly sweet (without any added sugar) and ultra melting and soft (without addition of fat or milk product). This is the kind of ultra easy recipe that will be ideal for the weekend and will delight young and old.
The most difficult thing is to get the bananas to ripen enough to get the best result!
What is certain is that I will redo it very, very often.

INGREDIENTS

1 medium banana

1 egg

70 g of flour

5 g of baking powder or baking soda

1 pinch of fine salt


INSTRUCTIONS

1-Place the egg and banana in the blender and mix for 2 minutes: the consistency will become a little foamy,

2-Heat a skillet over medium heat,

3-Add the flour, salt and yeast to the egg-banne mixture, remix for 1 minute,

4-When the pan is hot, drop a ladle of dough a centimeter thick, cook the pancake about 1 minute on each side. (if your stove is not anti-adhesive, brush it lightly with a brush of coconut oil)
