This recipe is simply the BEST pancake recipe I made (healthy or not). They are perfectly sweet (without any added sugar) and ultra melting and soft (without addition of fat or milk product). This is the kind of ultra easy recipe that will be ideal for the weekend and will delight young and old.
The most difficult thing is to get the bananas to ripen enough to get the best result!
What is certain is that I will redo it very, very often.
